What happened to January?

Did I sleep through it all? I know there were some medical visits in there but not the whole month. DH and I both just had the norovirus last week. that was fun! Not!

I would like to get back to the machine but there seem to be all sorts of roadblocks. Hopefully Feb. is a kind month.

I have been watching some videos and checking out pinterest, so my fingers are getting itchy to pet some fabric.

This latest flu has really wiped me out. I did a very little vacuuming this morning and then had to have a nap. I am listening to my body and when it says ’nap’ , I nap.

Oh Theresa, I am so sorry! I hope you and DH are feeling better soon!

My DH & I are in the RV - in southern Arizona right now but will head back to Colorado over the weekend. We managed to miss the big "DEEP FREEZE" in Colorado, but DH managed to catch a cold here anyway!

I miss my sewing machine - but I've read 9 books in the last two weeks, so life isn't too bad! :)

Theresa, so sorry you were ill. Seems to be a lot of sickness going around. I hope you can get back to sewing soon.

I sat next to a really nice woman on the bus ride to the quilt show. We spent the day together, and I’m going to her quilting guild meeting next week. You meet the nicest people in the quilting world, my friends on this forum included.

I'm asking the same question. January just flew by.

Also, January seems to be the time we have the most illness, which keeps us from accomplishing anything. we are proud of.
