My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Mohawk Smart Strand Silk Carpet for Top Floor

THinking of getting the Mohawk SmartStrand Silk carpet installed on our top floor (bedrooms). Have read a lot of mixed reviews with Vaccum trouble and all that. Most of those reviews have been more than a few years old. Was wondering if anyone who has this brand/style installed has any feedback?
