Yes we have a very active dog… we decided on Watershed laminate. I was able to find a few people who have used it and no complaints. It’s a fairly new product with limited distribution seems to be mostly in the southeast. Loved Revwood but no colors in the plus or premiere lines would work for me except toasted timber and at 8mm we decided against it

We used Revwood Plus - Sundried Oak - which is 10mm. We wound up using cork underlayment instead of the store’s standard because the cork is thicker. There are other advantages to the cork too but we needed the extra thickness of flooring. We were replacing due to a leak & old flooring couldn’t be replaced for the small area of damage. We did not want to use quarter round in the toe kicks or at the bottom of our 5.5” baseboards to cover a gap. We also didn’t want to be stuck with wall repairs for top edge of baseboards if it was put back with no bottom gap - so would sit too low on wall. Didn’t want to replace 90% of baseboards in the house either. The higher cost of the cork underlayment was the best solution.
