How about just posting up pics of the room and your question. The "vote" option is awful in my opinion and I am not clicking on 7 different pictures.

I would not cast my vote on any of the photos you have posted.

How about a photo of the entire room, as it is; and a photo of the herringbone rug. I only see a rug between beds, which is too small and looks blue. Let's see the windows, and tell us from what direction the natural light comes..(as in N/S/E/West).

You need lighter and brighter.

Though I agree some additional pictures may help, not sure what the big fuss is from the others who have commented, sheesh! The pictures look fine and it's a simple question. Also its amazing some people are too lazy to click on a picture and vote....

Anyways from the pictures you sent I really like Option 3, it looks like it won't darken the room too much and won't be the same as the current color you have (which looks a bit vanilla, assume that's why you wnt to paint the room). Personally, I would paint the whole room, I find painting just one wall is kind of an outdated style (but that's just my preference, I'm sure others here will have a different opinion).
