Hello, we are doing some home improvements that consists of new flooring, new doors, fresh paint, and new base boards.
We are a large family with 6 kids and two adults. I want the house to feel comfortable, inviting and homely. I’m not afraid of color or pattern. I would love taupe, wood, and greens to be included in the design.
The floor plan grid is slightly off from the measurements. Someone kindly created it for me prior to me taking measurements. It’s very close though.
The two photos I included at the end are edited photos of the vibe I am going for but I’m not in love with it.
I need help deciding where we can add the green in and how to use (what furniture we should put in there) the two main rooms. We have all ready chosen our flooring.
I’ll include a photo in the comments. I am open to all suggestions as I am new to this. The only thing we are set on is the colors we chose and the flooring.
