Is that the only picture you have? It gives no indication of the overall plant form, branch structure or scale. Can you get more pix?

This is the only other pic. Peace lily makes sense. I cant really tell for sure since they look like young leaves

Does the stem right below each leaf have a “geniculum,” or a bend that’s a lighter green than the rest of the stem (see below picture)?

if so, it is indeed a spath.

Agreed given the sightly visible variegation pattern and what seems to be a cane?

The veining, shape and glossiness of the leaves makes me think coffee plant. But not being able to see the structure and base of the plant, I sure wouldn't swear to it. Nor to any of the previous suggestions.

I can't even see clearly if the plant is branched or grows from the base. And we still have no idea of the scale.

I’m leaning toward Aglaonema modestum.
