Pictures please. What is around the corner, and how easy would the frig be to access, around that corner.

Sorry I had to download the app, it wasn't letting me upload. Here are the pics and this is a flipped floorplan. We extended the bay window and living room wall out 5ft....creating a space near the bay window for a nice pantry. The fridge would face that P pantry room if I moved it. You can't see the pantry in the pics, it's across from that little closet door  where I want to move the fridge. About 5 ft of walkway between the pantry and that closet door.  

That would be a hard no for me. Better to have a place to set things from the fridge than not.if you are planning a full remodel then best to post the plan that shows all dimensions including aisle spacing.

Getting the micro moved and the range fully vented would be of more importance.

I agree, that would be a big no for me too. Its better where it is, than around that corner, would be very inconvenient. I agree, I would move that microwave out of there, and get a good venting system installed, and find a place for a countertop microwave, or a small cart to put it on.

Having the fridge around the corner would look awkward and function poorly. If you need storage I’d look at putting in a larger island- it looks like you you expand it out away from the kitchen in both directions getting you a new location for the microwave and a lot of bulk storage under the counter overhang for stuff you don’t use all the time

I wouldn't do it. Would be an inconvenience -- fridge is something you go into all the time, having to walk around a corner to access it would drive me nuts, and there's no landing space to put anything.
