large sun room…curtains? shades? seating?

Hi! This used to be a porch, but was finished to be a part of the house, so now acts as a large sunroom. This isn’t my furniture (photos are from staging), but I’m curious…

Shades? If so, what kind? Or curtains? Or both? So many windows! Color of walls will probably stay the same or similar for now.
The area (where the fake plant is) - thinking about making this a reading nook as it’s right outside of our bedroom (bedroom is inside the double patio doors, which we will replace for indoor French doors). Ideas? Furniture? Do some built in bookshelves? We have a ton of books with very little shelving in this home.
