project dilemma

Project dilemma. We’re at the end of our home remodel, but need help with the finishing touches. Exterior is painted BM Simply White and it all seems very one dimensional now. Do we need to paint the windows, add shutters, Bahama shutters to bay windows, add lanterns? I’m not sure I’m in love with the color of the front door and garage doors. Help please 🙏🏻

You don't have room for shutters. I'd leave it. The house has a lot of detail. The white color makes it very subtle.

I am sorry but your house looks gorgeous! I really love that it is all one color other than front door and garage doors. If anything change the front door that has more “you” style. If that is your style then to me it is perfect. Honestly.

A porch garden to the left of the stairs would look lovely and add a softness it needs. But other than that, nothing. I like the all-white look.

It's hard to render with the green tint from the windshield but what about a pale beige paint for the lower section to ground the white.

A black front door would be striking.

This is not a paint color...just to show concept.
