I think you need to call Miele. Is the oven under any warranty? If you have not called Miele for a while they have a new process. They offer an over the phone diagnosis session with a tech for a nominal fee if not under warranty. If it cannot be resolved on the call then they schedule a tech and the fee is credited towards your trip charge/repair if I understood them correctly. My oven was under warranty so the tech session was free. If you do a google search the following items come up: faulty float switch, clogged drain/drain line, faluty container seal etc. I have the non plumbed version but I could see where a broken/loose water intake hose could cause this type of issue. What operation mode were you using?
