Looks crowded. Please provide us with a floor plan and measurements. Do you have any flexibility about where this piano can be put in this space? Right off the bat, I would say add wall sconces and put pictures up on the wall behind the piano. Take advatage of your vertical space. To figure out how to put the pictures up - use brown paper and place it on the floor first. Measure the wall area. Cut out the paper in the shapes and sizes of the family pictures. Move the papers around until you get an arrangement that you like. Then put the pictures up on the wall. If you are not familiar with how to put pictures up on a wall, look at youtube videos. Do you know what your wall material is made of?

I'd put a lamp on the piano rather than the floor lamp.

in place of the plant in this photo. The piano and the wall should be the focal, the floor lamp seems like a place holder.
