Vanity color help

Hello everyone. We are getting ready to sell our house and I need to paint the bathroom vanity in our master bedroom. Purple walls will be painted very light neutral color..not sure which one yet. I was thinking of painting the vanity sherwin williams sea salt and the built in linen closet door on wall same color as wall color. However not sure what color to paint the oak panels going around the base of corner tub. I am afraid that will be too much green. Or should I ditch the green altogether? Any advice would be most welcome. Trying to figure out how to upload picture. Current vanity is golden oak about 90 inches long and there arw golden oak panels all around the corner tub starting from end of vanity so its a long row of oak right now. Thank you.

What are the wall/trim colors in your master bedroom? This should be taken into consideration for the transition to master bath. I have Sea Salt in our master bedroom that gets only western light exposure so it looks more blue than green. Our master bath is white. Without seeing a photo of your bathroom it's difficult to envision your ideas. But if I was getting ready to put our home on the market I would make changes to neutralize as much as possible so likely a vanity would be a neutral white, cream, etc.

Hard to say without pics and without seeing the countertop and floors as well as any tile that is not changing. Best bet for selling is to go with a clean, crisp white that has a slight warmth to it. Load up with brand new fluffy white towels from TJ Maxx or Target. Less is more.

Trim will be white. I would love to go more neutral but tiles are already white and countertop is an off white color. If I paint vanity white the countertop will look really yellow against the white. If I paint creamy color it may clash with countertop. The walls will be near off white as well. I think I need a little more color in the room. The bathroom is south facing

Leave the oak alone. Paint walls and vanity in a soft white, the brighter white for trim. It is what it is. The next person can worry about it, and no "color" will change the house price, and you can not hazard a guess as to what the NEXT person will want.

Paint the walls a white color that won’t make the countertop and floors look dingy. Then stop. The buyer will want to do whatever appeals to them. Painted cabinets rarely last long, so your buyer might like them. Add new hardware if you think your handles look worn. Amazon sells some nice pulls and knobs in bulk.

If you are in a nice neighborhood and priced properly, your house will sell. Your realtor should be advising you on just how much fixing you need to do.
