No one has left a comment for you re: cost to have this made because (i) we don't know where you are located (cost of living differences in different parts of the US), and (ii) the same type of seating will have a fairly large range depending on what materials are used and the skill level of the person completing the work.

For example, if you had an experienced professional carpenter build you a bench out of solid walnut, it would be much more expensive than if a "handyman" type person built it using Baltic plywood or mdf.

There are many diy videos where people have built similar types of benches using IKEA products. I've also seen some nice looking mudroom benches on Etsy for a reasonable price (and many of the shops do custom designs for customers). There is a shop on Etsy that builds vanities out of walnut - they are very talented (I think it's a couple who runs it). If you search for "midcentury walnut vanity" or "floating walnut vanity" - I bet you will find them fairly easily. Their pieces are beautiful - and they do custom work. If I remember the name, I'll come back and post it for you.
