I think it depends on what your knobs and pulls look like.

I personally would choose hardware that is close in tone to the surface color... this looks too stark.

I'm not sure the outer most panel even has enough space for a knob to sit. 😬 Will try to get it measured soon. Will do knobs on doors, maybe also on drawers...

How about push-to-open latches? They get placed inside of the cabinet. The door stain/finish would eventually succumb to oils/dirt if you touch the same part of the door every time.

Maybe edge pulls? You might need to route the wood to make them fit flush/properly.

Routed edge pull (from Rocky Mountain Hardware) on my bathroom vanity door. There wasn't enough space under the counter for it to sit on top of the door and still close. It is a living finish and I haven't polished it!

I don't think those doors are going to take knobs or pulls well. If you are moving into a house that has these cabinets and they don't have knobs already, the previous owners must have been using them successfully without. I would want a pull on the drawers, but it's pretty easy usually to open a door without anything.

Do you need knobs? Maybe not.

Sorry Lyn but a really poor example . I do agree those must have been used with none on the cabinets , but show us the drawers since 2 knobs on any drawer is a very bad idea only a single pull on those

Drawers - single pull wide enough for an adult male to get his hand into. Visit a kitchen design store for the hardware, they may have suggestion for your doors, otherwise leave them with out pulls or knobs.
