Now can you help me select knobs?
The yellow vanity is now white. Bought a second hand counter top - hoping to create a spa - modern feel. Do you think crystal knobs would work? Of course not too pricey.
Thank you so much

I love crystal knobs. Can you buy a couple and try them and return them if you don’t like them? What is the rest of the decor?

How do I know what size of knob so that i can DIY it? Thank you Kendra.
Shadow willow Farm - that would be a great solulution but i don't have a designer eye for a crystal that would look great with this cabinet. Could anyone provide a link to a good knob ( maybe even a little crystal)?

In general, I don’t feel crystal knobs have a spa like feel and maybe consider what suits the mirror and lighting. A picture would help if wanting suggestions.

You can’t go much larger than what you have and look for less traditional crystal if aiming for modern. It’s easy to compare styles/costs/sources on Pinterest.

Really and you all can suggest knobs with no clue as to the whole space . I cannot imgaine those big clunky hex knobs in the center of those drawers . I think the idea of some nice small scaled crystal knobs is a good one if you love them .Amazon has tons that can be returned and really affordable

Thanks for suggestions for size and modern look. My search showed some black or chrome base with the crystal. Which would be best ? Do I bring black from countertop or stay with the crystal hardware of the room? Thank you so much -

Make sure you like the way the knobs FEEL in your hand. Personally, I don't care for any type that has corners, round knobs would be my preference. But just keep in mind that the style and color is important, but the feel in your hands is just as important.

I like the ones you already have. The detailing on the doors and drawers to me indicates a small, simple knob is best, and the door style doesn't say modern. However, the fresh coat of paint does look really good. I wouldn't do crystal knobs either. Don't the current ones match the faucet? What do the mirror and light fixture look like? Nothing exists in isolation. If the current knobs are worn so you really need new ones, look at the ones PB has. Some of them are small and simple.

RH has very nice, very substantial knobs. Try Bistro, Aubrey, Ephraim, all round and tactile.

Don't worry about matching the black of your counter top.

The size of your current ones feel a little lost to me with all of the lines and decor, that is why I'd go for larger or chunky. I like the idea of glass much more than crystal, though still like polished chrome the best.

Is glass a more modern look?

Not necessarily. It depends on the styling, color, material, all together that determines whether something is modern/classic/traditional/rustic/etc.
