Jumping about - roses, existing

Is anyone else having problems writing?

I am trying to write on existing rose threads, and as soon as I type one letter, the box bounces me off and jumps about.

I can't understand how I can start a new thread, but can't reply to existing threads. This has happened before. Any help appreciated. I am using the site rather than the app. Thankyou to any suggestions!

I found that turning off predictive text cured this problem.

Depending on your device and browser, you should check your settings and try toggling it to off. It might be under 'use text prediction' or 'predictive text'.

@ClematisDorset Mild humid9b, I assume you open the notification, from there you click on the link and open the thread? You can check the url. If you open a post from notification the url changes from gardenweb to houzz, so you no longer log in as yourself. I have had this problem for a while. If so you need to go back to the roses forum again, make sure url shows gardenweb, and open the thread from here.

I find if I deliberately log into Houzz each and every friggin time I try to read GW and BEFORE I try to post, it cooperates much more. It frequently boots me out if I try to log in after I compose a reply.
