So, I'm reading about the jugs and I'm wondering--why not sow into the ground and cover the area with a flipped over clear plastic container with some holes in the top? I'm thinking about things that don't want to be transplanted, like morning glories or poppies. I have googled and can't find this idea anywhere. Thoughts?
