Maybe something like this. And then you could get some clear boxes from the Target/Walmart organizing stuff for each category of items so things aren't piled up on these drawers. Is there another spot for your carpet cleaner?

Get rid of the bigger boxes as when stuff is out if sight, you cant see what you have, also they take up a lot of room. Get one of those plastic Ikea baskets and put on the inside of the door, fold all plastic bags ( to save space) and put inside, put a basket just for cloths at front area, behind this put cleaning sprays etc. on a turntable. The machine you have at one side of cabinet. I actually placed an under sink organizer ( two shelves) depends on how wide your space is though.
