Rip out all the landscaping. Lose the "Shudders" entirely. Weather Wood Roof Shingle color. Fresh white gutters and painted trim. Full like paintable fiberglass front door with no storm door. Cedar shingles on the porch gable face. Does the antenna still get used?

Warm cream for the trim and gable. Gutters are not a design element, pick a color where they will disappear.

Your landscaping is clearly filled with weeds and badly in need of a trim, but my guess would be you have a nice, mature planting in that mess. Some former owner probably had some nice foundation plantings that have been overrun by weeds. I would not tear it all out and start over. ID your plants, remove the weeds, trim stuff back and you might just have great landscaping. If you don't, then you can go from there. I would be surprised if there's nothing you want to keep.
