Are the walls wood shiplap or is it a tile that looks like wood?

Love the texture that comes with the shiplap and we want to do a similar look, but I get worried about wood paneling since it's my son's bathroom and lots of splashing etc. I have found a few tiles that look like wood, but it's hard to tell if they'll look too fake?

Hi! It's not a tile and we used a product called MDX which is more water-friendly than MDF and a water-friendly paint. Although, I'd recommend a 4-6" backsplash of the countertop material just to avoid any potential water issues.
