Remove almost the decor items. Use one per surface. Guests really want a place for their things, not your things.

I see plenty of empty space, including the tray to put keys, jewelry, etc. on. I like all of your decor except that large vase on the dresser, I feel like it's too weighty, and perhaps you could remove it and the boxes from the other side for better balance.

Too much stuff. Guests have phones, chargers, laptops, books, purses, water bottles, maybe glasses, medication. Go into your guest room with all of these items and put them around the room as though you were staying as a guest in there. I'm not talking about carefully placing them down. Just barrel on in and throw your stuff down wherever. You will soon see that this is way too much stuff for a guest room.

Leave the tray and fake plant on the low dresser. You don't need anything on the tall dresser. The most hospitalable place for a guest is one that caters to their needs, not to decor.

    guest want a cam\serene space,

move all that stuff to Your room if you think it's pretty.

Do you have a short dresser or bench at the foot of the bed so they have somewhere to open a suitcase.

Besides too many decor items all the drawer space is too much. Remove the tall chest and replace with a luggage rack. Keep drawers empty so guests can unpack and you don’t have to relocate your stored items when guests arrive.

You didn't post pictures showing the entire bedroom but I suggest you eliminate most of the accessories. The tall dresser and nightstand are too close to each other, I suggest you move the dresser. Place a sconce above the nightstand and move the lamp to the long dresser. When you have guests, place a vase with fresh flowers in the room.

I agree that there is too much decor and I have ideas. But first let me say that there is too much furniture. I'd get rid of the chest next to the nightstand. Unless your guests stay for weeks, they don't need that many drawers. And it is severely crowding the nightstand and shelves on each side of it. There is literally not more than a couple of inches of room in that corner. If you have a big enough closet that can fit the chest and still leave room for hanging items you can put it in there so the room can breathe better. But best to get rid of it, I think, because you have the dresser nearby with room for their folded clothing.

Yes, you have too many (useless to guests) decor items. Think about what guests might want and will use rather than decorating with "stuff." I would consider a charger, pens and paper, hand sanitizer, hand/body lotion--and ensure you leave plenty of room for their things. Much less of your stuff will be best for your visitors.

Decorate the room to be inviting. I believe a guest room needs functional items like a chair, extra blankets and pillows, clean bathrobes, some place to open luggage (even if a folding rack). Good lights and night lights, side table with access to electricity for chargers, TV is nice. For longer-stay guests, drawers.

IF a private bathroom is provided, stock it with some basics - towels and extras, new toothpaste/brushes, basic pain meds, bandaids, Kleenex and TP.
