Garage exterior light

Need outdoor garage lighting, a sconce on each side of the single garage door. And remove the hooks (for hanging flower baskets). Where should I position these sconces? Large Sconce: 9 1/2" diam., 15" 1/2H; extends 11 1/2" fromwall Backplate: 5"W x %"D x 9 1/2"H.The light in the middle of the garage i plan to remove. Should i put a motion sensor light? Would like a nice one.Where to place the street number? Might do a spelling if the street and number above the garage door. Please see picture.

I appreciate the advice re Dark Sky principles. I have 2 of them i want to reuse for the garage just wonder about the positioning. They do give out enough lighting. And I will put it on a timer. I don't mind eliminating flower baskets. I had ferns thay didn't do well there as it burns too much sub all day

I like the recommendation for the Bradford, dark sky compatible lights. I might just get those. 1 on each side of the garage door. But where exactly at what height?

Center of fixture should be around 66" from the ground.
