I need positive suggestions! I want to update the look of my home and also reduce upkeep so I do not want to paint the brick. I want new fascia and soffit as well. I’m not a fan of the brick colors but I’m resigned to the brick. I have four peaks that drastically need something as well as the two bump out areas. The garage faces south. At some point, I would like to replace the roof with a metal one. The west and north sides are currently the original vertical, stained cedar siding. I have considered a bronze colored board and batten on all parts that are not brick but was concerned it may be too dark but it may actually go well with the land. I like the color of fir wood and considered a metal horizontal metal wood look on the peaks. Our home is in a rural location so we prefer simple landscaping and simplicity all around. Thanks for your ideas because I have been struggling with this for a year.
