Help with condo building paint pallet

We are choosing new paint color scheme for this complex. Some owners are concerned about that the browns in the stone won't look good with the popular blacks and grays we are seeing a lot of right now. Should we rule out blacks and grays? We are replacing the roof as well so current roof is not factor. Any pallet suggestions?
