Looking for some suggestions for a family room as I have an idea of the pieces I want but not good at determining the layout. Included a concept I love but I have a Brown leather chair that has to stay and have sight line to the tv ( not my choice but sometimes we have to compromise ) :). TV will be above fireplace. The builder already wired for it so it can’t be moved for now. I’d Iove a chaise as part of a sofa, don’t necessarily need a big sectional. I’d also line 2 matching chairs similar to the Bisou chair below. Would love some feedback!
