What's around the kitchen, what is the style......transitional, extremely sleek and modern? Mid Century?

What door and drawer style? slab front?Shaker? skinny shaker?

What are the views? Is It an apartment, a condo a new home, a remodel? Is it in the woods? Near an ocean?

You have no context with your question........other than a lot of white inserted within the gray box that will contain it.

If it's the idea of white cabinets you're wedded to, and you can be flexible on the flooring, look at the thousands of pictures on Houzz of white kitchens and see what people do to warm them up. What you're describing does sound very cold, like Jan said. Unless you truly love gray and you're working with what is already in adjacent rooms, that is another thing you can move on from as gray as a trend is dead.

Wood floors are a big help in adding warmth, and a contrasting island (if you have one) breaks up all the white. If you don't have or like wood floors there are plenty of other neutral tile colors to choose from besides white. Or you can break up the white with a different color backsplash.

To start the floors I assume are going to be changed everywhere in the living space ? If not then IMO no way to do an all white kitchen since there would be no continuity of flooring so will not look good. The kitchen you have is showing only part of the whole space and we need a ton of info from you. The pics posted of the Miami space is a good start is that the look you want? This type of dilemma is where ide books are perfect , they give us some clue as to what you are thinking . You now can post the inspiration pics here or in idea books so we can get on the same page with ideas.

Hopefully the flooring will be replaced. The tile in the photo that you posted is dated and not appealing.
