You need to inform the accurate feet and inches BETWEEN the windows, the width of those windows and the wall before/ after the windows so we don't was time guessing.

In other words? A better and more informative drawing than nine feet and inches by 21 ' and inches.......

What is NO, no? No Tv??

I am sorry for not being clear enough this room won’t have any tv or dinning table as dinning table in kichen area is big enough. Family have seprate family room with tv. We would like to convert This room into formal sitting area . Planning to buy new furniture and exactly 2 separate sitting area

As I said, it needs a waistline but I would talk to the parents before creating two separate "formal" groups, in a room that is essentially a hallway.

Perhaps a music room at one end, with a baby grand....Or a bar and some comfy chairs.

There are cultural differences to consider, but I would consider the normal gravitational pull to the back of any home, towards food, kitchen and family space we can not see.
