Light and Airy Serene Spa feel - help

last year

I’m remodeling my master bath. Pics attached. Changing the shower from 36x36 to 36x48. Removing tub and adding double slipper stand alone. Vanity space is 61”. I thought I had a vision for what I wanted - the feel should be relaxing, light and airy. But now I have looked at sooooo much tile and other choices I’m lost.

Originally I was staying away from marble looking tiles - wasn’t my thing - also only looking to use porcelain or ceramic tiles. I’ve gone back and forth between wood look tile for the floor or just tile for the floor. Wood colored vanity vs white vanity. And no idea on shower tile which will continue behind the tub on the walls it’s on now.

Anyone have a similar layout and changed to something spa like and relaxing? Or anyone have ideas/help?
