Can I say what size? No because you would need to draw and measure the entire area,.

But I do think you are visually shrinking and cramping the whole area.

Turn the table in the dining area. It will make a big difference visually

Your space currently fits 1 lounge chair. I don't see a space for two unless you agree to look for chairs that are more narrow in size.

These might not be the exact right color or pattern but theydemonstrate the more narrow scale chair required if you want more than one.

IMO your current combination of items is a bit......meh. I'd punch it up with an area rug with a more prominent design. The rug should be about 8x10 and turned as shown.

Add in a larger rug with some color that you can then use as accents around the space, otherwise the decor looks too contrived. You can bring in the color with a leather chair or go neutral. Change out some of the pillows with the colors in rug too. Here's one of many ways that you can choose from:

I should have said the rug is 8x10 but currently pushed too far back because we had the floor refinished and this is how they returned it. I'm waiting till someone can help me put it back.

The big white square in the back of the second picture is the very small kitchen still in progress.

My current choices are meh. I was trying to lighten up the surroundings because the floors are so dark. I do hate my rug and love the choice shown and will turn the table. Great suggestions.

I would spin the sectional and put the TV credenza behind one section to separate the seating area from the dining room.
