I’ve never seen full refund for custom furniture

Escalate your phone call to a supervisor immediately since this was the second remake. I would state their own policy being sure to have a screen shot for your records incase you wish to move forward with a claim to your credit card company since they can change that at the drop of a hat online. Say you wish to receive a refund as per their policy and that you expect that refund by a certain date and time or you will go to your credit card company for a charge back. Hopefully you paid with a credit card. Don't back down.

I have no idea what the issue was to start so maybe explain thta if you want any help here . Worse than the first one is pretty vague so explain . If you changed anything on the 2nd one other than a straight exchange then it became custom that means even the color . SO I need info I have never expected a refund on a custom item.

I stopped in Arhaus and was issued a refund since the chair was defective when it was delivered. If an item is defective it shouldn't matter if it was custom or in stock. The majority of furniture is custom ,

And you stated originally that was the policy, defective gets refunded, and the store honored the policy, so what’s the issue?

What is the ISSUE if you got a refund.

I posted this question about the 30 day reselect timeframe before I went into the store. I did not think they would issue a refund since I had asked for it over the phone and was told no. Once I went to the store and read them the return policy Arhaus agreed to issue the refund.
