I’d go with a light, fresh color that feels clean and works with both the siding and block. A soft off-white like Shoji White (Sherwin-Williams) or Seapearl (Benjamin Moore) would look really nice for the main body, super versatile and makes everything feel brighter.

For the trim, something like Alabaster (Sherwin-Williams) or Chantilly Lace (Benjamin Moore) keeps it crisp without being too stark. And then for a little personality, you could do the front door or shutters in a soft green like Dried Thyme (Sherwin-Williams) or even a deep navy like Hale Navy (Benjamin Moore) if you want something bolder.

If the new roof is going to be a darker charcoal color, it’ll tie everything together really nicely. Add some simple landscaping, like a few palms or some grassesand it’ll totally change the vibe in a good way.
