Hi! Suggestions on living room!!!

I’d love your tips and auggestions on how to design this living room! Floors are going to be redone and walls are going to be repainted.

How would you place furniture in this room? What would you do with the layout? How would you amp up the charm and coziness of this room? Owners think they will put a TV above fireplace.

Above the fireplace is not often the best viewing placement. Plus, 4K viewing minimum distances for even a large 77" tv are 6-8 feet instead of 12 feet. I'd look at the wall opposite the window for a large tv. You can make two seating areas with two lounge chairs at the fireplace and a sectional with large ottoman that can doulbe as a snack table.

The seat cushions can be as high quality as a mattress with pocketed springs and latex foam. Or you'll find poly foam that deteriorates quickly over a few years. China junk is also present in the fabric quality.

May we have more pictures of the room, from each corner. Measurements of the room (in a hand drawn sketch) that include windows, door, fireplace, openings and full length and width of the areas. That will help us help you.
