We had Hydrazzo French Grey installed in our new spa over a year ago. Looked great after install, but over time splotchy lighter spots and streaks (some look like scratches) have begun to appear. They do not feel rough to the touch, but look strange. The contractor and the plaster applicator both looked at it and said it’s normal, purely aesthetic. CLI says it looks like etching it scale due to chemical imbalance, but our pool maintenance says all chemicals are fine (as was startup). Is this normal or something to be worried about? Honestly not worried if it’s purely aesthetic.
