I am admittedly not a fan of accent walls, if it were me I would probably find a huge piece of art or a tapestry and hang it so it covers the half moon window (normally I would never cover a window but I feel like it fights with the lovely windows on the adjacent wall)

You have some art sitting on the console, mount that on the wall using templates to determine the most advantageous placement. This would also help your console look in proportion to the TV.

Also find a new place for the other items on the console.

Center the TV under the window. As Valinta suggests, the TV should be the only tning on the console. Can the two pieces of art hang on the wall?

I think your fireplace and triple window areas are the focal points of the space. I wouldn't accent the wall under the half moon window at all, but I'm not a fan of paint/wallpaper/applied moldings on a single wall especially one with no clear endpoint. I'd mount the TV on the wall and center the console as others suggested.

Your sofa is your largest block of color so I'd repeat that denimish blue color in some decor items like a plant pot or such.

I don't see any logical way to paint an accent wall in this space.

I would center your media cabinet and TV below the arched window.

Add some art/wall decor between the arched window and the top of the TV & add a tall skinny tree to the area.
