white boxwood film?

Hi! I’m in zone 4B and Spring temps are here. I planted a ton of boxwoods last Fall in the front of my house and sprayed them with Wilt-Pruf antidesiccant last November before the frigid temps and winds started.
As spring showers have begun, I’ve noticed a subtle white film beginning to show over random parts of the plant. See a few close up photos below. Thoughts?
