Help with maytag range issue

I have a maytag ceramic stove top and one of its radiant burners went out. When I was trying to replace the burner with a new one, one of the crimp connectors does not want to come out. I don't understand why I am having a hard time removing it. I was able to remove other connectors. Picture attached.
Does anyone have any pointers?

Just grab the base of the terminal with some pliers and pull the terminal off the connector.

Already tried with needle nose pliers and it is not budging. Are you saying I should pull the burner terminal instead of connector?

You can open the barrel on each side of the end connector on the wire with a very small flat head screwdriver used as a pry tool.

I suggested a non-needle-nose pliers so you could get a better grip on the terminal. (My lingo assumes "terminal" refers to the part you pull off and "connector" is the fixed part.)
