Your vision is about buying things, not "renovating".

Those are very attractive design options. The floor doesn't play a very significant role in making them happen. Staining is still an option.

You have a lush, attractive landscape. If you want some furniture, buy some. If you like rigid little rows of recently planted plants, then you're going to find that a few years in, it will look more lush and less like rigid rows of small plants.

I think your house is already very beautiful. You can just purchase some outdoor items according to your own feelings. The color should not be the same as the wall. Light brown actually looks good.

You have some ambitious plans for an outdoor kitchen etc. I would start by staining the fence dark charcoal or dark brown so it recedes visually. Add some solar string lights or solar downlights.

Plant lush flowering plants in the planters. Get a plug-in water fountain. A nice comfy sofa and chairs. Add stepping stones thru the lawn to lead the eye to a garden bench.

Then work on your pergola, kitchen and firepit.
