You probably want a small, pretty tree on the right corner of your house. Don't look at it as a foundation planting, but make sure it far enough from your house that its mature size won't be too close.

I'm not sure where you want plants --- the dirt area in the first photo? How much sun does it get? If not much, I might go with evergreen ferns, like Christmas fern. Underplant with another evergreen, like heuchera or tiarella.

Those cute little standards get too big to fit in that bed. We have a local landscaper who puts weeping cherries *everywhere*. They look best out in the lawn, where they have room to spread.

Don't forget to add evergreens.
