Hello We are remodeling a bathroom and need recommendations for easy-care wall and floor materials. I love the look of marble, but hate the staining and cleaning. Please share your ideas on materials that merges beauty and practicality. Thanks!

Porcelain tile. Large size, 24x24 or larger for bathroom floors and shower walls. A matching porcelain mosaic for the shower floor. Use honed/matte finish for the floors and polished/glossy finish for the walls.

We used microcement on our shower walls and (the entire bathroom) floors. It's seamless and so easy to clean. More info here:
