This room is going to serve as the showroom/conference room catering to our high-end clients. We basically install smart homes, which include custom lighting, shade control, and other aspects that make your home experience more enjoyable and streamlined.
A few points:
- I already intend on adding a white oak veneer to the cabinets that have glass-front doors. I will be changing the hardware to matte black as well,and adding baskets or other decor to warm the space up.
- where you see the table, is where our conference table will go. We aim to make it look like a living room while remaining a functional space to discuss the scope of work and architectural drawings with clients. The wall beside the table where you see the black square box, is where our 85" Samsung Frame TV will go.
- I'm hoping to add a small area with a coffee table and some love seats, a console table along the wall to the left of the table in the corner, and a large art piece on the wall beside the fridge.
- I cannot change the fact that a dining table will be used (approx same style and size, maybe a little longer, and in the same orientation as the table as pictured). It makes it a bit awkward with what I can do with the kitchen space since there is no island and the table is going to be so far from the kitchen
-can only add table top or floor lights. The in-ceiling lighting is part of the showroom.
- I want to keep the colors and textures similar to what Magnolia Hearth and Hand is doing (browns, creams, matte black, bronze, etc).
