Help me select a chandelier over this dining table.

Held off on getting a chandelier until this table was delivered. Chairs have not arrived yet, but will be a driftwood stain that will blend with the table.

I have three of these black geometric cage- type fixtures over a very large

island.

The chandelier you posted above seems too small but post another picture so that we can see the entire area, difficult to tell from the small seciton you posted.

The chandelier I posted is installed above a very large island—-10’ long—and there are three of them spaced across the length. I’m looking for suggestions or advice on lighting or design elements that would blend well with these chandeliers. It doesn’t necessarily have to be black.

This is a summer home, and, unfortunately, I’m not there at the moment, but I’ll try to find a picture of the space to give a better idea. The dining table is 78”long, and I’m just looking for something that would complement or coordinate nicely with the chandeliers I shared above.

Hi Beverly — back on the hunt again for a chandelier This chandelier is perfect — just what I’ve been searching for. Please send the manufacturer and model when you get a chance, and any measurements (height/width) you have. Thank you!

Google image search shows it-Vanity Art, here at BedBath <--- Link.

It looks like it is available at other places but this link should give you the model and information.

    Thank so much, salon!!

I’d avoid brass and black as the driftwood look is softer and goes better with the stainless steel cage light you showed, unless you have black and brass elsewhere

Your home looks very "beachy", which is beautiful. I would stay away from the black wrought iron and the faux candle look. I'd go with something that feels much lighter, maybe something with a fabric or wicker style.

The design below is a design we did for a client. Please notice the chandelier we used, along with the rug and chairs:

I really appreciate everyone’s input! The kitchen fixtures shown above are actually black with an antique gold finish — there are three of them over a large 120” island. The cabinets are Gray Mist, a very pale gray, more of a bone, and the black contrasts beautifully with the stainless steel. For my taste, sticking with only silver or white would feel a bit too flat/one dimensional I love how the black and gold add some depth and balance while still fitting a coastal style.

I’m not really drawn to rattan or driftwood fixtures — the house has more of a "subtle" coastal feel. I’ve used a few driftwood-style "accent" pieces here and there, and the furniture is neutral with a taupe tight back sofa and two blue-and-white chairs to keep it light and relaxed.
