It's only worth what someone is willing to pay. It will not match retail ready for a comparable size. And a landscaper is likely to be your best bet for a sale, so don't expect to retire on the proceeds :-)

Unfortunately, now is possibly the worst time of year to try to move it. If you need it gone soon, that is a risk that will also figure into what a landscaper is prepared to pay. If you can wait till late fall, you can perhaps hold out for a better price.
