Yes! That is Viburnum plicatum f. tomentosum - Japanese Doublefile Viburnum. Quite handsome in full flower, with the lacecap blooms marching "double file" down the branches.

It pairs nicely with a big Red Buckeye...

The day before, I saw some dogwood that had very similar flowers but then the leaves were quite different on these. I thought I'd seen a label on this one, but it wasn't on the picture, so I was going by memory, which isn't always a reliable resource these days. ;-)

What I posted was just a taste of the different areas there.

There were also group gardening areas.

It appeared that the flowers were just getting going. A visit a little later in the season might be a bit more on the colorful side. The terrain was rolling with asphalt trails to travel on.

Also, I don't know why they had the islands cordoned off unless they were working on them.
