Picked these up to use out on the patio as plant stands. If I paint them, what else can I appy to them that would help with protection from water? i plan on using a drain dish so pot is not draining right onto the top of the stool. Thanks for any suggestions. i could also use inside as a side table but id have to cut them down some.
