The temperature and humidity in wine rooms has to be controlled. Be careful about not placing an opening where you might get direct heat load. There is no way to tell from your drawing.

I designed a wine cellar for a client once and he gave me a book on wine cellar design to read. One of the top things I got out of the book is that the author recommends sizing the cellar to be able to accommodate at least twelve extra cases of wine in case a close friend has marital problems.
