Floor plan advice for a cottage Reno

We are renovating an old cottage right on the st Lawrence River . The new space is 53 feet long and 18 feet 6 inches wide and runs north- south. A long rectangle with the family room at one end. The family room has a large window spanning most of the 18 feet across on the south and a set of French doors on the southeast and southwest corners which are staying. There are also 2 windows staying on the west wall- one is where the existing dining room is and one where the kitchen sink is.. We are knocking out all interior walls and opening up loft to have beamed ceilings. The entrance is on the north end. We knocked out the north wall and extended current space by 8 feet.
I would like a mudroom, laundry room and kitchen layout. I want a large island and a wine/ coffee bar area. The bedrooms are all off to the east and not in scope. Any ideas appreciated - thank you ! The two windows remaining are shown below.

I clicked on the image and it is not readable. Maybe try to get a cleaner drawing by using a piece of paper and the grid paper underneath instead.

A to scale plan of the original space and one of the planned changes both done on graph paper showing every measurement, window , doorway where those lead and all marked clearly then posted here in jpeg format in comments Ther eis nothing to vote on BTW. Waht you posted is unreadable and opening a ceiling often creates issues that you never thought of and honestly in a cottage why. Is this a full time home or a holiday space ? Too much missing info too.

Since you have not provided any of this up to this point I assume you no longer want help.
