The family room off of our kitchen has an awkward layout for trying to place furniture. The TV hangs on the brick wall between the fireplace and closet. The entrance to the house from our mudroom is also along that brick wall. One wall has built-ins on either side of a window seat, one wall has a slider to our patio, and there is only a short half wall separating the room from the kitchen / dining area. Layout with dimensions are below (the room in question circled in blue) as are 2 pictures. Would love some layout options for a family with 2 pre teens and 2 dogs!
