Should be a one piece solid surface cap on the curb, so tear it off, build a pitch with thinset and set a pc of solid surface.

And thr kerdi waterproofing. If i use a hammers to smash it up its definitely going to wreck the surrounding tile. If I use an angle grinder with tile blade pretty sure I will cut through the kerdi.

I think that if you center punch each tile, crack them and then gently chisel them out, you may be able to remove them without damaging the Kerdi. Now, it looks like you did a beautiful job and probably completely covered the back of the tile with thinset, so this may work against you.

If you try the scoring - can you just set the right depth on a circular saw with a tile blade?

@just_janni regardimg scoring that is what i was thinking about setting the depth on the blade. Cut a bunch of diagonal lines in both directions, add thinset and shims, add cap and get the level and pitch right snd finish with caulk bead.

There is absolutely no justification for the risk of removing or scoring tile. Silicone a pitched solid surface, stone or estone threshold down and forget about it please.
