My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It starting to fill up

Finally. I feel this year is more energy intensive.
Seems in the past "poof" and everything grows like weed. This year I can not grow even lettuce for the life of me. I finally started getting in and weeding, was afraid to step in on something earlier.

    Mon 5-12 my 2 sisters and I were going to our aunt's for lunch and to visit with family (9 of us total)..my sisters were late picking me up..I took this pic of the front of my house while I was outside waiting for them..see the nasty strip (bottom right 10 feet next to the driveway) where I'm still ripping out Clausa? 😝..
