Need help on what i should do, window installers damaged my backsplash

Window installers damaged parts of my backsplash, i noticed it after they left because they didn't do a very good job of cleaning up, can I fix this myself or is the damage needs to be done by a professional?I have pictures but not letting me post them

Why was the backsplash installed before the window was installed? That is backwards. The backsplash goes in after the window. You have wall damage to repair and trim to do after the window gets installed, and then the backsplash can happen.
